Hi, I'm Lori Knoble, the heart behind The Son's Flower. What began as a quiet whisper from God turned into a ministry rooted in faith, obedience, and the courage to stop hiding, all focused on building God's Kingdom. The Son's Flower was born from a simple act of faith and a vision of a sunflower. Here is my personal testimony: For a long time, I felt a stirring deep inside of me that wouldn’t go away. It felt like there was something I was supposed to do, but I didn’t know what it was. The feeling grew stronger until one day I cried out to God, "What is it that You want from me? Is there something I’m supposed to do?" In the stillness, I heard a gentle whisper in my spirit: "Stop hiding. I want you to stop hiding. Start a ministry and share your testimony of faith-based encouragement." I responded, "But Lord… I don’t even know what my testimony is." In that moment, I saw a vision of a sunflower, which I didn’t fully understand at the time. I tucked it away in my heart and went about my days. However, I soon began seeing sunflowers everywhere—at the grocery store, on magazine covers, at friends' houses, and in random places. One day while driving, a truck with a giant sunflower pulled directly in front of me, and I couldn’t ignore it. So, I went back to God and said, "If You give me something to testify about, I will start a ministry." He gently replied, "Have faith. Your act of faith will bring your testimony." In obedience, I created a page devoted to helping others bloom under the Son, rooted in His love. The Son’s Flower was born. I stopped hiding, started praying for people, and began speaking about God boldly. Something changed inside of me—a boldness I had never known, a hunger for His Word, and a closeness to Him that grew with every step I took. One month after starting The Son’s Flower, I was walking in my backyard when I stopped dead in my tracks. Right in front of me, gently swaying in the breeze where I had first seen the vision, was a single sunflower, growing out of a tree on the same path I walk every day. I stood there in awe. When you step out in faith, He will show you His glory. The testimony wasn’t something I had to wait for; the obedience was the testimony. So now I ask you… What is God asking you to do? What have you been hiding from? I encourage you to answer His call, step into the light, and bloom under the Son.
