Isaiah 53:5 – “By His stripes we are healed,” is one of many powerful bible verses for healing. Jeremiah 30:17 assures us, “I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds,” declares the Lord. Psalm 103:2–3 beautifully reminds us to “Bless the Lord… who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases.” Additionally, Psalm 107:20 states, “He sent His word and healed them.” In Proverbs 4:20–22, we learn, “My words are life… and health to all their flesh,” emphasizing the importance of spiritual healing. Exodus 15:26 declares, “I am the Lord who heals you.” The power of prayer is highlighted in James 5:14–15, where it says, “The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up.” 1 Peter 2:24 reinforces this with, “By whose stripes you were healed.” Matthew 8:16–17 shares, “He healed all who were sick… He took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.” Mark 11:23–24 encourages us, “Whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you receive it.” Luke 10:19 empowers us, saying, “I have given you authority… over all the power of the enemy.” Acts 10:38 reveals how “Jesus… went about doing good and healing all.” Finally, 3 John 1:2 expresses, “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper… and be in health,” reminding us of the divine promise of spiritual healing.
